Hello, my name is Bill Clark and over my 18-year investment career I have built a substantial net worth by investing creatively in real estate.

During this period, I have been involved in over 25million dollars worth of real estate transactions, all with little or no money down. I have helped many people from all over, and from all walks of life to construct creative, profitable transactions to buy and sell investment property, or just to buy their first home.

Did you know that there are literally millions of people in this country who have built great fortunes in real estate? And what's more, there is absolutely no quicker, proven way that nearly anyone can build wealth, regardless of their background.

Why? For one reason, I find that the real estate market is recession proof. Whether I'm buying in exclusive areas or blue collar areas, pretty homes or ordinary homes, everyone needs a place to live.

Another reason may be that there is no more secure investment in the world. Throughout history, the value of real estate has continually grown at a far greater rate than inflation.

Over the years, I have seen people on TV give testimonials on how they had made great amounts of money in very short periods of time. They make it sound so simple and glamorous. However, these courses don't often prepare you for the unknown. There are always hidden bumps in the road that need to be addressed. These are the killers of enthusiasm for most people, but I will help you over those bumps.

Did you know that only 3% of the people that purchase these books and tapes try to purchase homes and that only 1% actually buys homes? I would say that is a very small ratio.

I believe that these courses lack one essential component; the one component that could give people who purchase these courses any real chance of success. This is the primary reason that I developed my program.

During my 16-year career of buying, selling and renting, I made some very costly mistakes. I made investments of over $15,000 in books, tapes and seminars, and even with all the information I had acquired on buying and selling homes, I was still unclear on how to go about it.

Looking back, most of my mistakes could have been avoided if I had a mentor that would have personally guided me. Not only did I have to learn the knowledge on my own, but I also had to overcome the fear. Fear is normal, but it should not stop you. Making money in real estate is not difficult, but it does take persistence, courage, knowledge and patience.

By attending the school of hard knocks and graduating at the top of my class, I would not advise anyone to attend. Consequently, I have designed a real estate investment program that will take you to the next level to achieve your financial dream sooner.

I have realized that investing in real estate could be a lot easier, less painful, and less costly for a beginner or even a  veteran by having a personal coach/ partner to help construct the transactions to buy, sell, or rent properties.

My user-friendly program is catered to help you construct transactions that will be a win win for all parties. Buying to rent, sell, or just to own your own home, I will help create these transactions to buy property with little or no money down,depending on the sellers situation.

As your partner/coach, I will also help advise and construct the selling of our investments. I will share trade secrets, and use selling techniques that in some cases, will "flip" the property within 30 days, if not sooner, for big cash profits. The beauty of this whole business is that a real estate license is not required to buy or sell homes that you have interest in.

I will not paint a pretty picture as some marketing systems tend to do. Don't be deceived, you will need to work.
